1 General Provisions

These Terms govern all use of the 557u7 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services (collectively, "the Platform") operated under the domain 557u7.io. These Terms apply to all registered users and any individual who accesses the Platform in any capacity, regardless of whether they have completed account registration.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 557u7 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. 557u7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

557u7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identification card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill showing your name and address. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 557u7. If duplicate accounts are detected, 557u7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any bonuses or promotional winnings credited to those accounts. Any real-money balance may be returned to the original deposit source at 557u7's discretion.

4 Deposits & Payments

557u7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT and processed in real time where technically possible.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by 557u7.
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited within two minutes. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes.

557u7 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 557u7 will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation before funds are credited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent qualifying deposit. 557u7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used to fund the account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically complete within five minutes of processing.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending KYC document submission.
• Wagering clearance: Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed against a balance that includes bonus credit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or using bots to meet playthrough conditions — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and potential permanent suspension of the account.

6.3 Voucher Codes

Where promotional voucher codes are offered on the 557u7 Voucher page or via authorised channels, each code may only be used once per account. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as issued. Expired or previously redeemed codes will not be honoured.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 557u7 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published alongside the relevant markets. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 557u7. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

14 Account Termination

You may close your 557u7 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to withdrawal eligibility conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

557u7 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the dispute resolution process applicable under the platform's operating terms as an international service provider.
